Have to hand it to the contributor who helped me out with this one; he’s managed to answer a question I often wonder about:
What went wrong with burnt toast?
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but that’s why there is a Q&A community to come to the rescue…
You burnt it.
Because you left it in the toaster too long.
Oh, and here is some extra advice:
NEVER EAT BURNT STUFF! ESPECIALLY SMELLY SOCKS LEFT TO DRY IN THE SUN!
The bottom line:
Just remember to take out the toast at the right time.
