As folks from across the globe (!) gear up to arrive in Austin, Texas, this week for South by Southwest, Answers.com is packing its bags with goodies to give out during the SXSW Interactive conference, from March 12-16.

While some contributors attend the Answers Summit this weekend, how about playing to win in the Holiday AnswerThon?

This is not your typical AnswerThon. Aside from having fabulous prizes on offer - including a first prize worth $500 - this contest has a new twist. You must answer the most questions in a 48 hour period in specific, holiday-themed categories. Those categories include:

• Holidays and Traditions
• Food and Cooking
• Shopping
• …and all sub categories falling under them.

It’s WikiAnswers Wednesday, so I would love to feature your homemade video answer here on no.stupid.answers. In fact, I would love to give you a free t-shirt even more.

So create a video answer to any question on WikiAnswers*, upload it to YouTube, leave it in the comments, watch it be posted here on a Wednesday, and win a free t-shirt. Extra points for extra creativity.

This past weekend was an exciting and intense AnswerThon, mainly due to the fact that the first prize is a $1,000 Amazon gift card… Not to mention, 34 other prizes available to other winners and runners up!
